WHOM WE SERVE:

Ages:                            3 – 17 years old, and their families, who have severe emotional
                                      and behavioral challenges at home, in school or in the community

Communities:              Rogers Park, West Rogers Park (West Ridge)

Language capacity:    Bilingual English Spanish

 

SERVICES WE PROVIDE:

  • Individual, Family and Group Therapy
  • Case Management
  • Psychiatric Services
  • Psychological Services
  • Consultation with School Personnel
  • School-Based Group Services
  • Parent Education Services

TYPICAL PROBLEMS THAT WE ADDRESS:

  • Children or adolescents experiencing severe emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Children or adolescents exposed the violence at home or in the community
  • Children or adolescent exposed to trauma
  • Children or adolescent experience school performance or behavioral issues
  • Children or adolescent who have been psychiatrically hospitalized and involved with or under the care of the Illinois Department of Children or Family Services
  • Children or adolescent who might be involved with the Juvenile Justice System

TIPS FOR CLIENTS: 

Client might want to inquire about necessary documentation required for intake process.  (we tell client what to bring during the phone intake).
